Project Description: Intrepid is a SETA contract providing full life-cycle system engineering support to the customer. The contract supports both heritage activities as well as developing the way forward for new capabilities and services that are acquired within the customer office. This is a dynamic office where new ideas and options are explored and unique solutions are advanced.
General Job Summary:
Insert general PX0803 summary here. This position will assist the Group Director and Deputy, as well as Division and Team Chiefs in daily management and execution of their actions. As such, must possess the ability to instantaneously decipher through and appropriately assign a myriad of technical and non-technical actions levied across the IC. As a Director's Action Group Officer, collect and consolidate Group's input and guarantee an integrated group response. Manage numerous actions in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Responsible for updating the customer share-point site, providing presentation development support, and tracking briefings provided to externals. Responsible for receipt, dissemination, recording, coordinating, monitoring and reporting of all taskings and activities. Maintain and report monthly metrics. Support the collection of data for QPRs, PSRs and MSRs as well as facilitate accompanying meetings as required. Provide meeting administration assistance across the Group as required including setting agenda's, publishing the agenda, facilitating the meetings and documenting all decisions.
Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in coordination across groups including executive positions.
• Experience with share-point, PowerPoint, and graphics skills
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• TS/SCI Clearance
• Working knowledge of IC TIER actions
• Demonstrated experience coordinating both internal and external to IC towers
