Defines, documents, analyzes, performs, tests for ULLS-A (E). Work collaboratively with SEC TLD to determine and document the software entrance, acceptance, and exit criteria within test cases ensuring consistency with the SEC TLD testing SOP. Implements a comprehensive testing methodology to ensure the completeness and reliability of software products IAW AR73-1 and SEC-Lee CMMI SOPs. Creates and updates test plans, storyboards and test scenarios. Conducts I&T and documents defects in the governments S4IF system. Supports government GAIT, GAIT Regression, UAT and UAT Regression testing for all SCP/ICP. Develops and delivers test reports. Documents all test findings and associated documentation using Team Foundation Server (TFS) Collects and analyzes test and defect metrics for process improvement. Conducts load and stress testing. Develops automated testing scripts. Ensures testing of system software and hardware functions operate as an integrated unit, meets user requirements, and meets any special processing requirements and established standards. Participates in CCB and development activities. Conducts interoperability testing with interface partners. Install Tier I and Tier II software on test lab equipment for user testing.


Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree in Electronics Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline AND 5 years testing experience. Two additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree.

5 years test experience, including writing test scenarios, test plans, and test reports. At least 3 years ULLS-A (E) experience preferred.

Experience with CMMI level 3 based development and testing activities preferred

Experience with agile software development, continuous integration and automated testing tools is a plus.

Secret Clearance is required.
