Duties associated with the TCPED-S effort will include:

  • Systems architecture analysis and definition -- Iteratively improve TCPED-S architecture wiring diagrams to include processing required at each node, transmission lines and content flowing between nodes, location of each node and POCs and each note to include Cloud-based processing
  • Capture critical paths for each primary process at each node and track POC responsible for critical path and track progress of each critical path solution
  • Perform high-level assessment of architecture and schedule risk across the TCPED-S plan to help the PM plan and apply resources where needed for risk mitigation
  • Development of Gantt charts and schedules for the major processes for all nodes and all transmission lines

Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI Clearance (with a current SSBI favorably adjudicated within the last 5 years)
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related degree program, or work-related experience that has provided equivalent knowledge
  • Minimum of 16+ full years of experience in Systems Architecture, Systems Engineering, Systems Integration and/or Systems Development
  • Minimum of 10 years must be recent Agency specific experience
  • Demonstrated experience with large-scale systems architecture analysis and definition working with NSG/NGA or GEOINT Mission Partner systems/segments
  • Demonstrated experience developing/sustaing a virtual/remote prototype IT mission testbed/lab environment
  • Demonstrated experience defining and integrating project schedule information to achieve project milestones and objectives
  • Demonstrated experience performing risk management and mitigation in order to achieve project milestones and objectives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Unicom System Architect and MS Project
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills +

Desired Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of end-to-end GEOINT architectures to include sensors, ground stations and TCPED-S capabilities
  • Working knowledge of ISR sensor source mission and tasking management systems and processes
  • Knowledge & experience working with commercial, open source national/international geospatial systems
  • Knowledgeable about IC Cloud Computing Initiatives and tenets of Cloud Computing, to include virtualization (HW & SW), SOA, open standards initiatives, and NIST framework
  • Advanced degree in a technical field
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the NGA organization and programs
  • Working knowledge of the NSG and NGA Acquisition Processes
  • Familiarity with NGA leadership and organization
  • Project/Task Leadership skills and experience
